Nova was founded on a simple conviction: in physical commodities, the quality of the structure determines the quality of the outcome. Legal framework, counterparty standards and documentation come first; volume is a consequence, never a goal in itself.
We work with assets that exist, can be inspected, assayed and delivered. Value is anchored in physical goods and verifiable flows rather than in narrative — which is also why we would rather decline ten transactions than carry one that does not withstand scrutiny.
A platform is judged over years, not quarters. We build a small number of deep, confidential relationships with counterparties, advisors and partners, and we protect them through discretion and consistency rather than through promotion.
We hold ourselves to institutional standards of governance and documentation while retaining the decisiveness of an owner-led firm. That combination is deliberate — and it is what allows serious counterparties to work with a young platform.

Governance & Integrity
Counterparty verification, origin documentation and sanctions screening precede any transaction. Legal and regulatory matters are handled internally by our own legal counsel together with external law firms in Switzerland and the UAE.
Partners see the structure, the documentation and the reasoning behind decisions. Discretion applies outward, towards the market — never inward, towards those who carry the platform with us.
We grow at the pace governance allows. No upfront payments to sellers, settlement only against verified assay and acceptance, and no transaction that the structure cannot carry.
Our Vision
In ten to twenty years, Nova should connect European capital, the Middle East and selected global commodity markets — known less for the size of its balance sheet than for the reliability of its execution.
A firm whose contracts are trusted by refineries and banks, whose governance is examined and accepted by institutional counterparties, and whose partners have been with us long enough to have shaped it. Physical gold is where this begins; commodities and structured trade finance are where the same discipline is applied next.
